Masterfully crafted by a central Javanese Prince (="Raden") master mask carver in 1960's, Yogyakarta Regency. This mask represents Sita, the Hindu Goddess of devotion and purity, associated to Rama and the Ramayana story. Full name inscription is carved on the back of this mask Goldleaf gilded with pigmentcolor paint.
